Reservation FAQs: How do I log in to see my reservations, gift certificates, and park passes?
As of March 18th, 2020, Vermont State Parks launched a new reservations system at www.vtstateparks-visit.com. We are launching a Reservation FAQs series to help you navigate this new system. To learn more about the exciting new features of our reservation system, click here.
How do I log in to see my reservations, gift certificates, and park passes?
Head to www.vtstateparks-visit.com and click on the 'My Account' link.
If you have previous logged into the current system at www.vtstateparks-visit.com, simply type in your email address and password and click 'Sign in'. This takes you to the 'Account Overview'. You can return to this page at any time by clicking 'My Account' at the top of the page. Click the appropriate tab in the menu to see reservations past or present, gift certificates, and passes.
If you have not logged into the new system but have an email on file with us, your account exists although you will need to reset your password before you are able to see your reservations, gift certificates and passes.
After clicking 'My Account', type in the email address associated with your Vermont State Parks account, skip the password field, then click 'Forgot Password'.
Type in your email address, verify you aren't a robot, then click 'Send Link'.
This will send you an email with a link to reset the password. Click the link in the email. Reset your password to something you will remember. Then click, 'Reset Password'.
You will be prompted to sign in using the new password. Enter your email address and password, then click 'Sign In'. This takes you to the 'Account Overview'. Click the appropriate tab in the menu to see reservations past or present, gift certificates, and passes.
What if I still can't see my reservations, gift certificates, and passes?
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have used ReserveAmerica in the past, you might not see these items online because you likely have multiple accounts that will need to be merged. Call center staff will need to merge these accounts before you can see your gift certificates and reservations online. Call 1-888-409-7579 9am-4pm Mon-Fri or email email@example.com for assistance in merging accounts.
