Public Invited to Public Meeting on Bingham Falls Conceptual Master Plan

The beauty of Bingham Falls makes it increasingly popular.  The Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation invites you to a Public Meeting on the Bingham Falls Conceptual Master Plan. The Public Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at the Stowe Akeley Memorial Building from 5:30 – 7:00pm. There will be a presentation on the conceptual master plan for Bingham Falls by the consultant team of SE Group, Timber & Stone, LLC and Grenier Engineering followed by a comment period. Their work was guided by a project committee with representatives from Stowe Land Trust, the Town of Stowe, Stowe Mountain Rescue, and the Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation. Vermont State Parks Invites Public to Open House on the Lowell Lake State Park Master Planning Project

SPRINGFIELD, VT – Master Planning work is progressing at Lowell Lake State Park in Londonderry and a presentation of concept design alternatives will be held July 25, 2019.  The Department of Forests, Parks & Recreation will host an open house on the Lowell Lake State Park Master Planning Project July 25, 2019 from 6:00 - 7:30 PM at the Londonderry Town Hal l.  The Londonderry Town Hall is located 137 Middletown Road in South Londonderry, Vermont. Concept design alternatives will be presented at stations with detailed information available for viewing and opportunity for comment.  Stations will be staffed by members of the planning team and staff from the Agency of Natural Resources.  A 60-day public comment period will follow the open house with a master planning overview, park history, concept design alternatives and a detailed survey available through the state park’s web page, https://www.vtstateparks.com/lowell.html.
