Love the Vermont State Parks and day trips but not quite sure about camping? Come to one of the EMS and VT State Parks Clinics to Learn S’More About Camping! We’re sure once you try camping in a VT State Park you will be hooked for life! No pre-registration required. Free park entry for participants.

Schedule:

11:00 AM – Camping Gear Clinic 101 (EMS staff)

12:00 PM – How to set up a campsite, from simple to swanky (EMS Staff)

1:00 PM – Camping activities for kids (Park interpreters)

2:00 PM – Camp cooking 101: Camp fire and camp stove (EMS Staff)

3:00 PM – Ask the experts, campfire and marshmallow roast (Park Interpreters & EMS Staff)

EMS will hand out gear checklists and coupons for both EMS and VT State Parks. We’ll also collect entries at each event for a grand prize raffle of an EMS gear package plus a free weekend of park camping.
